Sometimes we find ourselves having to deal with things that can be challenging and at times overwhelming. This is often when our lives have been changed out due to circumstances beyond our control. One of our specialist areas is supporting people through and even beyond these times.
Mr & Mrs R initially invited us to help with some general household decluttering. We have now worked with them for the past 3 years and in that time we have updated their computer system including migrating them across to a new email account; managed general online transactions including financial and photographic. We have decluttered and sorted their household filing, taught Mr R to work his iPad (no previous technology experience required!), helped them to source various resources including carers and housekeepers and see them once or twice a month to keep on top of things for them.
